    Sea Devils Take a Tough Loss to The Pioneers

    During the pre-game shoot around the Sea Devils (11-14, 2-7) seemed focused and prepared for Spartanburg Methodist College (21-5, 7-2). The Sea Devils never stopped pushing. It just wasn’t enough as Cape Fear lost by three points, 65-68. “We’re very close and every game that we’ve lost, we have either led or been very close,” Cape Fear head coach Ryan Mantlo said. The team responded well by playing gritty and motivated throughout the game.
